Sizes run large

I took a risk by ordering online. I used the sizing chart but unfortunately the sizes still run 1-2 sizes larger than normal. This dress is already a loose fit, so it was ridiculously huge. In person returns/exchanges/store credit were not an option, which I understand is the policy, but I’m not impressed with the customer service.
