Never Received It!

Ordered this dress as a present almost a month ago. It literally never arrived! Never got an email that it shipped, nothing. Could not access customer service by email OR by phone. Extremely disappointing. I try to exclusively shop small business to support them, but this is not accessible. Only leaving one star because there is not a way to leave zero stars. Really hoping they up their game in the future or make this right because the selection really is lovely and this is unacceptable.
